At Life Home Project Foundation, we support children, women, and families facing some of life’s most difficult challenges — from illness and poverty to stigma and instability.
Each person we help has a different story, but they all share one need: safety, support, and the chance to move forward.
Children Affected by HIV or Social Hardship
Some children come from families impacted by HIV. Others grow up in environments shaped by poverty, violence, or neglect.
We provide:
- A safe and protective environment
- Access to education and learning support
- Healthcare and proper nutrition
- Emotional care and stability
Because every child deserves a childhood filled with hope — and the freedom to dream about their future.
Women Living With or Affected by HIV
Many women come to us during periods of recovery — physically, emotionally, or financially.
We support them through:
- Healthcare access and medical coordination
- Counseling and personal development
- Vocational training for long-term independence
Our goal is simple: to help every woman rebuild her life with strength and confidence.
Vulnerable Children and Youth in the Community
Not all children in need live at the foundation.
We also work with children who face:
- Unsafe home environments or violence
- Poverty and limited opportunities
- Social exclusion
- Interrupted or missing education
By working closely with schools, families, and community partners, we help ensure these children are not left behind.
Families in Crisis
Some families turn to us during moments of crisis — illness, financial hardship, or loss.
We provide:
- Temporary childcare support
- Emotional and practical guidance
- Assistance in rebuilding stability
- Connections to local resources
Whenever possible, our goal is to help families stay together and grow stronger.
People Living with HIV in the Community
We also support individuals who do not live at the foundation but need guidance and care.
Through home visits, hospital visits, and outreach, we help people:
- Access treatment
- Understand their health
- Overcome stigma
- Feel supported and respected
Why It Matters
Every person we support carries a story — and a struggle that deserves to be seen.
We are here to listen, to protect, and to provide the tools they need to build a safer, healthier future.
Because no one should have to face hardship alone.
And at Life Home Project Foundation, they don’t have to.
